Attention applicants, National Board of Examination which conducts the NEET PG examination, has opened the correction window for NEET PG 2020. Aspirants who require to make corrections in their registered application form can visit the official site of NBE i.e.nbe.edu.in. According to the information, the correction form link will be available until Dec. 7, 2019.
Things which can't be edited in NEET PG
According to the notice issued by the National Board of Examinations, all the details submitted in the NEET PG 2020 application form can be edited by the applicants except for the five essential details, which are:
- Name of the Applicant
- Mobile No
- Applicant's Email ID
- Testing City
Nonetheless, applicants can edit DOB, Gender, and Category of the Applicant, Physical Disability Status and EWS status.
Exam scheme of NEET PG:
The Computer Based Test (CBT) contains 300 multiple choice questions from the MBBS curriculum followed at medical colleges in India. The syllabus for the PG examination shall comprise of subjects/knowledge areas based on the Graduate Medical Education Regulations declared by the Medical Council of India with previous permission of the Government of India.
About NEET PG exam:
The NEET PG is an eligibility-cum-ranking exam designated as the single entrance examination to various MD/MS and PG Diploma Courses as per Section (10) of the Indian Medical Council Act 1956. It is a single-window entrance exam for PG programs.
No other gateway, ever at state or institution level, shall be valid for entry to MD/MS/PG diploma programs as per the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 w.e.f. 2017 admission session.
