UPSC, The Union Public Service Commission has issued Geo- Scientist Prelims Admit card 2020. Aspirants can download the admit card through the official site of UPSC at upsc.gov.in. As per the schedule, the preliminary exams will be conducted on January 19, 2020.
The aspirants can download Prelims admit card from December 26 to January 19, 2020. The preliminary exam will comprise of 400 marks and will be Computer Based Test.
Steps to download UPSC Admit Card 2020:
Log on the official site of UPSC
On the home page ‘Click on UPSC Geo-Scientist Prelims Admit Card 2020’.
A new page will appear where competitors will have to enter the required details and click on submit.
Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.
Check the admit card and download it.
Keep a hard copy of it for future reference.
The preliminary exams will be held in two shifts for competitors. The first shift will be organized from 9:30 am - 11:30 am
and the second shift will be from 2 pm - 4 pm.
The questions asked in the exam will be objective type questions. The marks obtained in the preliminary examination will be added for deciding the final merit list.
Aspirants who will qualify the preliminary written exam will have to appear for the main exam. The main examination will be held on June 27 and 28, 2020. UPSC Geo-Scientist 2020 examination will fill up 102 vacancies of Geologists, Chemists, Geophysicists, and Junior Hydro-geologists in the organization.
