About LSAT
law School Admission Test (LSAT)-India is a paper-pencil test conducted across the country by Law School Admission Council (LSAC). The test is conducted to shortlist aspirants for admission in undergraduate and postgraduate level law programmes in various law schools in India. LSAT India 2019 exam dates have been declared. Earlier, it was shared that LSAT India 2019 would be conducted on May 19, however, as per latest information shared by officials the law entrance exam is now scheduled to be conducted on May 26, 2019.
LSAT Eligibility
LSAC has not prescribed any specific eligibility standards for the national level law entrance exam. The eligibility criteria vary from institution to institution. It is the responsibility of the aspirant to check and understand the eligibility standards of the law colleges they wish to apply for.Basic Eligibility Criteria for LSAT India is as follows:For BA LLB Course: Students must pass 10+2 or equivalent examination from recognized board with minimum 45% marksFor LLB Course: Students must possess Bachelor’s degree in any subject with minimum 45% aggregate marks in the qualifying examFor LLM Course: Candidates should have passed 3 years of LLB or 5 years or BA LLB with 45% aggregate marks
