Management Aptitude Test (MAT) is a standard aptitude test conducted in India since 1998 by the All India Management Association(AIMA). MAT is used for admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) and allied programmes by over 600 business schoolsacross India. It was approved by the Ministry of Human Resource Development in 2003
Candidates are allowed to appear for this exam based on the following eligibility criteria-
1. Candidates must fill in all the details carefully and upload scanned images of photograph and signature in the format specified by the authority.
2. Candidates must be a graduate from a recognized university in any stream (BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BTech, etc). The authority also allows candidates who are in their final year to apply for MAT 2020.
3. Candidates can sit for this examination after they have achieved minimum passing marks in graduation to appear the examination.
Note: the minimum graduation percentage requirement will vary for every MAT participating institute.
There is no limitation to how many times a candidate can appear for the exam. If a candidate finds his/her score low, they have a chance to sit for the exam once again and improve their score.
